As a former COO responsible for over 250 children’s homes and schools, I have a thorough understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by care providers. My extensive experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance (Ofsted, CIW, CQC), and operational management equips me to offer strategic guidance and practical solutions to a wide range of challenges.
I am a registered nurse with a strong clinical background, which combined with my business acumen and leadership skills, provides a unique perspective on care delivery and organisational development. My qualifications in HR, employment law, and strategic management further enhance my ability to support organisations in creating a positive and supportive environment for both children and staff.
